Myrtle Parade Parking dispute

Hi I need some advice, in may of this year I drove through the car park and parked on Chatham street and picked up a sandwich from subway. After it was eaten I drove back through the car park as I have done many times. Two to three months later I received an invoice for parking in Myrtle Parade which I disputed as I have never parked there. I appealed against it and my appeal was rejected. I then had phone calls which I blocked and letters from DCB which I responded to saying that I didn't park there but unsurprisingly they wouldn't listen. I went back to check the signage and camera locations, at no point does it say that you cannot drive through the car park. The Cameras that recorded me leaving the car park are only on the Bedford street side, the closest one to the Chatham street exit/entrance points straight forward out the front of Tesco not in anyway towards the exit/entrance. I have asked for the footage as it might show me driving past but they haven't responded. I have now received a CCJ, what do I do next that might help me.
Thanks

Please clarify  -  are you stating that your credit report is showing a CCJ  -  is so what date was the CCJ issued?

Or are you stating that you have received a claim form from Northampton business centre?

Who is the claimant and any solicitors.

No you haven't. You have a claim form.

Read the Template Defence thread and tell us the date of issue of the claim form and show us the POC. Read other threads & you'll see.

.... and when you have calmed down from receiving a CCJ (not) can you post the date of issue of the N1SDT claim form and we can give you some advice about deadlines.

So I have received a letter with HM Courts & Tribunals on the first page, it then states that someone claims i owe them money . It's says Claim form on the next page with national Parking Control Group named as the Claimant and the solicitors are DCB Legal. The issue date is 15th October but with no info on when this needs to be done by.

With an issue date of 15/10/25 and providing you complete(d) the AoS after 20/10/25 and before 03/11/25 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 17/11/25
The instructions are on the claim form.
You must send or submit either the completed acknowledgment of service form or a defence to the court within 14 days of the date of service. If you send or submit the acknowledgment of service you must send or submit a defence to the court to arrive no later than 28 days from the date of service. Date of service is five days after date of issue.

For further advice go to the NEWBIE sticky and the template defence.

Where?  You've simply got a claim form, same as 99% of threads here. Easy to defend.
