No entrance sign

Got a Parking Charge from Horizon for not parking in a marked bay. My fault as all spaces were taken and the place I parked seemed out of the way and didn’t cause obstruction. The car park has two entrances. The rear entrance (first photo) has no signage at its entrance whatsoever. Where I parked no parking signage is visible. The nearest parking sign on a pole around 25 feet away has swung around and faces away from where I parked. The next nearest sign has its back to me.
Am I right in thinking the lack of any signage at the rear entrance is sufficient for my appeal? I’ve also included a photo of the signage at the front entrance which is opposite the entrance above the first row of parked cars. Should that sign be at the actual entrance as it’s not fully readable when driving into the car park using that entrance? Any help greatfully received.
