Cosmos Competition 2025 - Terms and Conditions

1. The prize is 1x Cosmos 7-day escorted tour: Rome, Florence & Venice 2026 for 2 people sharing a twin room.
2. Tour includes a visit to the colosseum, the leaning tower of Pisa, the Tuscany countryside, a Venice Boat ride to St Mark’s Square, and a glass blowing session. Full trip itinerary can be found here*.
3. Prize is subject to Cosmos Tours booking terms and conditions.
4. Prize must be taken in 2026 and excludes travel in August 2026 and must be booked by 31st January 2026. Date of travel is subject to availability at the time of booking.
5. Prize includes return economy flights from London Heathrow, Manchester, Birmingham or Edinburgh airport. 6x Breakfasts and 1x dinner in Italy, services of a tour director & local guides in Italy, coach travel in Italy, transfers in resort.
6. Winner’s guest must be eight years old or over.
7. Prize excludes travel in the UK, additional food not stated, beverages, spending money, travel insurance, tips, gratuities, and any other expenses.
8. The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winner only. There is no cash or alternative prize, or trip, in whole or part. 
9. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and is not for resale. Sale of the prize for profit is prohibited.
10. Entries will be accepted until midnight on 30 November 2025. No entry will be accepted after that date.
11. There will be one person (the “Winner”) chosen at random by Cosmos (the “Host”) from all the valid entries received. The Host’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Cosmos will make all reasonable endeavours to ensure the Winner has been notified of their Prize as soon as practicable and within five working days of the closing date at the latest.
13. We reserve the right to extend the final entry date and notification to the Winner at our discretion and without prior notice. The updated dates will be communicated by updating these Terms and Conditions.
14. The Winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry. Failure by the Winner to confirm by email reply to Cosmos within 7 days will forfeit their entry and a new Winner will be selected at random and notified.
15. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the Prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Host, and accordingly the Host may at its absolute discretion vary or amend this promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Host as a result thereof.
