use paragraph 3 to state that you did not know that Starbucks was closed.
It's highly likely DCB Legal will discontinue in 2026 if you defend this. They want you to pay or ignore.

You don't need a template for a DCB Legal issued claim. Any defence even nursery rhyme will do, and they will discontinue in about 6 months to year down the line, just before they have to pay the £27 trial fee.
That or pay the scammers and hate your money. No stress.2 -

DO NOT PAY THE SCAM. DCBL normally send letters with stupid threats, even offering a discount which you ignore. Do DCBL want to take a scam to court and get spanked by a judge ? That is why they discontinue so be patient and play the game with DCBL2 -

Make sure you follow the 8 steps in the Template Defence Announcement - filing the Defence is not the only step before it is concluded.3 -
