Bank of Scotland Business Account contact

Hi! this is a bit random but need an email address to contact BofS. I am secretary of our local Bowling Club and the Club's accounts have been compromised - it is now a Police matter - despite having accounts that needed multiple signatories they were allowed to be amended to one person having sole control of them online. We held an EGM and identified new persons to be responsible and we completed the appropriate form - Board Resolution - and this along with a covering letter was sent to their Business Banking Head Office. This was signed for on 22/09 but to date no-one from BofS has been in touch and we still have no access to our accounts. This is wholly unacceptable and while there is a complaint looming due to this being able to happen in the first place, our priority is simply regaining control of the accounts. As is stands, the accounts are still out with the control of the membership.

We do not have a branch locally; only a Banking Hub which has visiting members of staff and while they have been very helpful, they do not carry any authority for Business accounts.

I would appreciate an email address to get in touch with BofS about this as obviously signed for Post does not work. Also, Police requested information from them and despite being assured of a response within 28 days we are now 5 weeks in and they have heard nothing and they have escalated their request and concern. Not looking good for BofS................

many thanks in advance if anyone has an address I can use. Losing the will to live with all this

Surely at least one of the multiple means to contact business teams listed on their website will be the right one for you.

Not relevant to this thread but this explains 100% why banks do not want these type of accounts - at least not for free.

I have tried all of the options but no-one will speak to us as no-one has the proper authority on the accounts and next day registered, signed for mail did not create a response despite my being able to track the journey of the paperwork. That is why I am looking for an email contact as hopefully would be harder to deny delivery. Thanks anyways
