Just follow your own interpretation going forward

IGNORE the powerless debt collectors letters

RESPOND to a Letter of Claim giving you 30 days notice, in the post

RESPOND to a Money Claim N1SDT pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL in the post

Deal with the Money Claim form using the best advice in the defence template thread in announcements, based on what the POC says

You were on a hiding to nothing with POPLA, however this is a significant overstay where you should have paid for the full hours. There was nothing that was going to win at POPLA, to be fair.

Just ignore it. Because the sum of money is already so high at £100, there is no reason for anyone to ever pay at full rate.

The parking charge £100 'cap' - made up by this industry - is so stupidly high that it stops any thought of settling a case. There is literally nothing in it for you to pay because £100 is punlnitive and deters reasonable people from paying. The reasonable man in the street can be forgiven for deciding that you may as well ignore the inflated invoice and see if they try court.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
