Great customer service with Amazon

.I
bought Walkers English Creamy Toffee - 500gms without realising the
order is set for monthly delivery and I'm unable to contact the seller
to cancel. I did an online chat with an 'associate' (Why call them that instead assistant?) who cancelled any further deliveries and got a refund too. Very impressed.
You know what uranium is, right? It's this thing called nuclear weapons. And other things. Like lots of things are done with uranium. Including some bad things.

I bought 2 packs of chocolates from Amazon a few years ago that ended up melting due to the ambient temperature - when they arrived, one pack was a single large chocolate - After an online chat, I was given a full refund on both - about £20 !!
If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.0 -
I find the customer service with Amazon is exceptional. You are hardly waiting for ages to speak to someone. They were prompt with a refund for an item for over £150.00. There seems to be a delay with the item being received from an infamous courier!

This week I had cause to return a toner cartridge for refund ( it would not calibrate) to Amazon.
I didn’t need to speak with anyone, just clicked on the item within my ‘orders’, selected faulty, described the defect and was able to select a choice of return options.
I chose for it to be collected the next day by Royal Mail, who also brought the label with them.My refund was processed the moment the postie scanned it into the system- before her van had even driven away!0
