Subject Access Request (SAR) forum?

Hi all,
I was wondering if we could start a thread/sticky regarding the absolutely abysmal response to Subject Access Requests (SAR) by Private Parking companies and their minions.
One such example is Euro Car Parks.
Our DPO friends at ECP have informed a contact of mine that they can't possibly supply a copy of a Notice to Driver wind screen ticket despite the presence of personal data , the vehicle registration number (VRN), being a main component. This is despite the fact that the ICO very clearly states that a VRN comes under the remit of personal data.
In the same case they've also refused to produce the DVLA KADOE transaction. as apparently it's an electronic transfer to the DVLA and due to security is outside the remit of the SAR, unlike letters and e-mails they say.
I and many others have experienced the same, or similar, rubbish. They're then signing off saying they've fulfilled their obligations under the DPA 2018/GDPR and the door slams shut. Apparently they've even defaulted complaints regarding the partial fulfilment of a SAR to their customer services department who provide a two line response through a no reply email address.
It would be great to get examples so we can focus our defence in the weakness of their response. We deserve better.

Why are you even bothering?1

I would have thought their non response to legal requirements would just be extra fuel for an individual's evidence for court showing that the company hadn't operated in good faith and has provided proof that they lie about their obligations.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards.
