The 25 for 8 Special Offer applies to £2 text entries to this competition where you could get 25 entries for the price of 8.

1) The prize comprises a two (2) night stay in Cheshire for two (2) people including;

a) Two (2) nights at Carden Park Hotel and Spa sharing a standard room

b) Daily Full English Breakfast

c) Three (3) course dinner at Redmond’s Brasserie on both nights excluding drinks

d) Either a morning or afternoon Thermal experience in the Spa Garden on one day

2) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, the winning individual must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the accommodation for security deposit purposes.

3) The prize must be taken within 12 months of the winner being announced, but cannot be taken on or between the following dates: 15th December 2026 to 5th January 2027.  

4) Booking is subject to availability. 

5) The Spa at Carden Park enforces a strict minimum age of 18 years

6) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.

7) Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the accommodation or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

8) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. Accessibility links can be found below:

9) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

10) If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to a pandemic or global emergency and resulting Government restrictions, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.

11) Any additional charges or expenses due to a pandemic or global emergency which could include but are not limited to  quarantine hotels, medical passports (should they become a requirement), medical tests etc. will be the responsibility of the prize winner. 

12) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
