Feedback left for Simple Delivery

Just a warning..

I have had 2 items recently where the buyers left a neutral feedback both stating that the Evri delivery was too slow.

I was under the impression that buyers could select a carrier for simple delivery but maybe not?

Anyway, the warning.. ebay state they will remove feedback when it is related to slow delivery of an SD item. This didn't happen automatically so I requested removal.

The removal was done but this has taken away 2 out of my 5 removal requests for this 12 month period.  

I wasn't aware that I was limited to only 5 problems that are completely beyond my control and totally ebay's responsibility per year!

No.  Sometimes there's a more expensive quicker option as well as the standard option, but I haven't seen them list the courier.

That's annoying about the feedback.

Contact ebay and ask for the feedback to be removed (so long as you handed over the parcel.on time you should be protected). Ebay selects the courier based on size, weight, value, and delivery address. AFAIK the buyer doesn't know the courier until they get a 'we'll be delivering...' email
