SABA railway window parking charge-have read newbies

Hello again
I am back with a query and having read the newbies thread again I wanted to ask for some more help
This morning day 3 of a new job I was running late and planned to pay by app later so parked at station, when I got back I had a wannabe penalty charge notice in the black and yellow envelope slapped on windscreen
I genuinely didnt see a machine tk pay nor signs and its been a while since parking at this station so I thought it was something I could pay by app later that evening in retrospect
I know have a fine for 60 if paid in 14 days I genuinely dont have the money for this and could someone please advise if I can appeal or be brutal and ignore as I cant afford it at all
Thank you in advance for any help

Ignore it. Penalty Notice or Parking Charge?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hey @Coupon-mad thanks for getting back to me
Its a parking charge from what I can see from saba parking its just been put in one of those dupe black and yellow striped envelopes
I got a lift to the station the first few days so didn't know about the parking. I was in a rush and I couldnt see a machine anywhere or signs so I assumed it would be via an app I could do later
Do you not think I should use some kind of template to appeal?0 -

@Coupon-mad thanks have had a look and it seems to be that after 6 months it gets let go? Read a comment that there isnt a fair appeals so unsure if its worth appealing
However i also saw of a man being taken to court over a saba railway fine
The notice on my windscreen had enclosed in it a receipt like paper and at the top calls it a notice of parking charge definitely doesn't call itself penalty but its penalty style in how its been given on the windscreen

Apologies if ive misunderstood or not been clear ive been doing alot of reading this week and my brain is fried. You are right I have said it isnt a penalty and I got confused thinking the 6 month thing applied to saba railway windscreen fines

You appeal on day 27 only as the RK and provide them your details. You decline to identify the driver and as the location is not relevant land, they cannot pursue you as the Keeper.
You can also throw in that they now have no “reasonable cause” to obtain your details from DVLA. Any DVLA request would be unnecessary and unlawful, contrary to UK GDPR Article 5(1)(c) (data minimisation) and without a valid Article 6 basis.

Yes. Appeal on day 27.
So you DON'T wait for the NTK.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
