Hi, could you help me please. I have responded to Excel parking via their online service late August. and no response received instead I received dcbl letter early Oct.
Please see attached and any assistant in resolving this issue is much appreciated.
I was not the driver at that time even if they try to take me to court. I think the case may be in my favour due to:-
1. The driver is outside UK resident
2. The images they have provided are so dark therefore it was impossible to see any visible "no parking/stopping" sign(s).
Coupon-mad, do let me know if I need to attach a copy of dbcl letter please. MSE is not letting me insert the pdf version.

Email Excel and DCB Legal with the name and address of the driver.
It doesn't matter if it's overseas.
Come back if they refuse and/or start waffling on about missing a 28 day deadline, which is a complete lie.2 -
Easy peasy: transfer liability. The PCN dies.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
