eon
eon are the most ignorant amateur outfit I've ever come across I've sent loads of emails to them asking them to phone me to fit a new smart meter the they say I need but they so far have completely ignored my request. The number that gave me doesn't work. and each time I've asked them to phone me instead of phoning me they just tell me to phone a number that doesn't work. They tell me they haven't got the ability to phone me, I presume this is because they are such an amateur outfit.
If we evolved, why do we die

Do you have a question? Otherwise your post is better suited to the Rants board.
Very few companies will phone you on demand.
Have you phoned them to request a smart meter? Most energy companies want people to switch over.
(and, to be clear, you're referring to Eon and not Eon Next, yes?)1 -
It will be Eon's metering contractors who will contact you when they have engineers in your area.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

I filled in the on line request which gave available dates and am/pm appointment and they turned up and fitted the smarts.1
