Multiple private parking charges in Scotland
I’ve received multiple private parking charges in Scotland but have ignored them. I now received this letter from debt collectors but have never heard from them before. From my understanding in Scotland the driver is responsible, not the keeper and I am under no obligation to reveal the driver. Am I ok to not respond?

This was discussed yet again only yesterday! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
