ITV WIN AUTOS PRIZE DRAW 1: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

 

●    Prize Draw opens for entries via post and online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Thursday 16 October 2025.
●    Prize Draw closes for entries online at 2.00 p.m. on Thursday 13 November 2025. 
●    Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00 p.m. on Tuesday 18 November 2025.

 

Winner selection & contact:

 

●    The draw will take place within one week of the closing date and time for all entries. 
●    Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

A single entry costs £2.50. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time, and other offers and discounts (e.g discount credits) may be applied or available, as stated on the Website. Please note if you are using a credit card with Apple Pay or PayPal, your card provider may impose surcharges. 

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry (provided you have not reached the cap of six (6) paid entries for that week’s Winsday draw).

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of twenty four (24) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”).

Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contact section above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

 

Prize:

 

There is one prize consisting of a Mercedes GLE 450d 4Matic Urban Edition five door 9G-Tronic Estate EU6 MY25.5 (the “Car”).

 

The Car includes the first registration fee, number plates, twelve (12) months road tax and thirty pounds (£30) of fuel.

 

The Car also includes one hundred and fifty pounds (£150) cash, made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only (the “Cash”).

 

The Prize Provider will use reasonable efforts to deliver the car to the winner’s local Arnold Clark dealership within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner.

 

Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car and current driver’s licence, current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport and proof of address. The winner is responsible for insuring the car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize.  The winner may choose to register the car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

 

Please note that the car will include mileage of up to two hundred (200) miles due to filming requirements, and for transferring the Car to the nearest Arnold Clark dealership for collection.

 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) increasing the amount of a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
