I parked in a hotel car park that was operated by SmartParking. I stayed at the hotel, checked in one day checked out the next. I have an invoice from the hotel for my stay. I have appealed to Smart\prking and they have disallowed the claim. Is it work making a formal appeal to IAS or PoPla?
