Drop-off at locker. No email confirmation.

I recently started using locker drop-off when sending ebay parcels. I always enter my email address as prompted but never get a confirmation email. I've double-checked that I am spelling it correctly, I've tried two different email addresses (btinternet and gmail) and checked spam/junk folders. If I log into my ebay account the following day i can see the parcel has entered the delivery network - but I never get the promised email from the locker.
Anyone else had this issue?

I haven't got an email confirmation for the last couple of months when dropping off Evri at Quadient lockers, but Royal Mail and UPS email receipts have come through fine dropping off at the same lockers - might be an Evri issue."Kids respect landlords. I think it's the keys."1

Are these simple delivery labels? If so the contract is between evri and ebay, although personally I'd want proof that the parcel has been handed over0

Yes, it's ebay simple delivery. I get confirmation on ebay that the parcel is on it's way, so that's not an issue. But before that you are supposed to get an email stating "thanks for dropping off your parcel" or "thanks for using our locker" something along those lines. It's that "Thanks for dropping off" email I don't get.0

@savergrant as above when a seller drops off a parcel at a locker they are prompted to enter their email for an email receipt, regardless of who the contract is with. I ‘usually’ get an email confirmation with both RM and Evri lockers , and of course they do get updated on eBay within a few hours. I do like a receipt though for those occasions where for any reason the eBay sale doesn’t immediately show up as sent . I don’t know why on occasions the same lockers don’t send receipts.GrahamLM52 said:Yes, it's ebay simple delivery. I get confirmation on ebay that the parcel is on its way, so that's not an issue. Just an update in case anyone is interested..... it seems it was a glitch. The automated emails confirming drop-off at the locker are now working.0
