Smart Parking Parking Charge Query

Hi, can I just check my understanding re NTK Parking charge (postal only). Alleged contravention 3/8. Issue date 6/10. Smart Parking should have followed POFA and therefore cannot prove keeper liability as notice not issued within 14 days? Q is do I just ignore or respond pointing the above out and decline to identify driver. Sorry if this is a simple silly question. Never had a charge like this before and a bit overwhelmed with all the info.

Do either. You'll never pay it anyway.
Sometimes this argument wins at the IAS and sometimes it doesn't so give the appeal then the IAS kangaroo court a whirl & ignore it when you 'lose'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As an update I responded with template and the NTK has now been cancelled by Smart Parking. Thankyou for all the resources on this forum.2
