    Yes, but not to a hearing ( they all get to just before the hearing fee is due, then they discontinue )

    Hi again, today I have received a letter to say that the claim has been transferred to the county court for allocation. I’ve not read anywhere about this stage?

    Standard procedure, county courts deal with claims, once the CNBC stage is completed

    You nominated yours in your N180 DQ document weeks ago

    Study the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements, and post 2 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum too
