Gladstones Letter Before Claim - Horizon Parking, Tesco

Hi,

I have received a Letter before Claim from Gladstones, due to overstaying in a Tesco car park for too long.

I have ignored all prior communication from the thieves at Horizon, which probably wasn't the best idea but hey-ho, we are where we are at now.

I have every intention in the world to fight these bloodsuckers in court if it comes down to it, though having a CCJ under my record isn't the best thing to have currently.

I've read the newbies thread and have seen a template, but would like some feedback from the forum before I make my move, thanks.

You'll only get a CCJ if you ignore the court letter, or go ALL the way to a hearing AND lose AND still refuse to pay within 28 days of that.

Was your Tesco half blue and half green signs by the way?

Overstays at supermarkets are mad. Imagine your trolley locking its wheels as you shop and spitting out an invoice for £100.

But you don't risk a CCJ.

And Horizon PCNs from 2024 can't hold you liable as registered keeper. Easy to defend.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Saw your template within the Newbies thread, that still valid to present?
