Letter before claim

Gladstone solicitors sent me a letter before claim for a parking ticket that has been closed by Euro parking services limited.
I sent the Parking company the one sided letter and they replied me and cancelled the ticket. They even informed me that the case was closed.
Now Gladstone are sending me a letter before claim.
What do I do on this circumstances? Do I reply Gladstone or contact euro parking services?

I'd email both parties and send them proof it was cancelled.

And if Gladstones just ignore you and just make a claim because their client has told them to?

Telling the potential Claimant directly creates a potentially useful additional piece of evidence against them...

I am about to go on holiday next week. Been very busy with the last few arrangements.  :)

I've no idea what G's email is but you can contact them on their portal to tell them.

From their DPO who uses DataProtectionOfficer@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk, you could try info@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk or litigation@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk otherwise it will have to be their portal.
