If you've received an email notification or joined Chase after 29 September you're eligible.
You must do a current account switch. Plus you need to have £1500 or more paid in for at least 2 months after switching. The way I understand it is it must be from an external source (not your own account) and the same payee but it doesn't have to be one single payment. So if you get paid weekly that's fine. If you have two jobs and each pay you £1000/month then it doesn't count.
