Parking fine petrol station

So I parked at a petrol station to use the ATM next door, was there 10 minutes max. But got a parking fine from euro parking services stating I was there for just over an hour. Which isn’t right.
I sent them ring doorbell footage of my car parked on my drive between the times I was supposedly parked at the petrol station but they still rejected my appeal

It is euro parking services, I went to the store owner and he said he can’t do anything and to deal with the parking company directly was his answer1

EPS - no viable second stage appeal, so just ignore anything further other than a Letter Of/Before Claim from the PPC's solicitors, or a County Court Claim via the Northampton CNBC, come back to this thread for further advice if you receive either. To get ahead of the curve, you could prepare yourself with a bit of gentle reading of the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, second post, and the Template Defence Announcement, both situated near the top of the forum thread list. You'll get an impartial assessment by a Judge ... if EPS takes it that far. They are not high volume litigators. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. There is no "fine" just an invoice from scammers you have proof the car was elsewhere and their unregulated camera on a pole is either wrong or there was a double dip.As Umko says there is no appeal it's all a sham, you don't get an appeal service if a plumber over charges you, he takes you to the SCC if he has a case where it then gets sorted by a truly independent third party, not one paid for by the claimant.3

What is the evidence that they are relying on to claim the car was there for an hour? Do they have CCTV/ANPR images covering that time period - what did they send with the PCN?2

Why not show your Ring Doorbell evidence to the IAS? Surely even that kangaroo court can't reject that!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
