Help!!!!
My Claim Form from Civil National Business Centre came with issue date 21/11/25, says theres 5 days after issue date (Service) and then 14 days to respond. Im taking that as being tomorrow 10/12/25 (is that right??)
I have no idea what to do even though l have been reading the threads (think as lm panicking, nothing is making sense. Whats an AOS, how do do do it? do l have to ring them? have l got enough time,
Then do i just send the template letter? Again where and how do l send is there a link or somewhere to log in?
What happens if l miss the deadline date. Im so confused !!
Have l left it too late???0 -
Please start your own thread
Login to your government gateway account and go into MCOL and complete the AOS online ASAP, to extend your deadline by an extra 14 days, the walk through is in the 2nd post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum
We need you to open your own thread, not tag onto someone else's, ( its not kosher ) thank you1 -
You can do this.Samani27 said:Help!!!!

Just follow the easy 8 steps in the Template Defence thread. Simple.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
