No Bol Bake TAFF! But it might have been if I had been given notice they were all coming! As it was one had pizza and the other requested chicken nuggets and fries. X"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"11

Morning everyone I’ve just got in from a cleaning job I called on the market on the way back called at the meat stall and got two gammon joints for a fiver they are not a bad size and can be frozen and hubby a couple of pork pies he will have them at lunch time it will keep him happy. It’s a miserable day I thought it was never going to get light it’s dry but grey . I’m going to do some cupboard tidying today I’ve got a big double unit in the kitchen and I woke up through the night and thought that cupboard is full of the dogs stuff it could do with a good sort out and make a bit more room for some things that get left on the tops so that’s the job for today and a bit swap round with things I don’t know how I can’t think of these things through the day . Taff you have been a busy bee as usual how’s your foot now . Thinking of all the poorlies hugs to those that need them have a good day everyone whatever you are doing12

Thanks @Scarlet for today's start and good morning all. It's another rinse and repeat day of dull and gloomy weather with light winds but there may be a small chance of a break in the clouds late afternoon for the sun to get through and it should stay dry. Top temps of 14 deg.
Yesterday's check of dates on food stuff went well with just one item that may or may not be out of date - some red lentils that I'd decanted from a large bag into a storage jar and not put the date on. I'm sure they'll be fine though and will soon be used up now it's soup making time. I also "found" a knitting WIP that's been waiting to be sewn up - not in the pantry I hasten to add!My yarn stash is now down to just oddments and I'm giving myself a pat on the back for resisting buying yet more of the stuff.
Nothing pressing to do today, just the same old, same old. I've had a letter from my water company asking me to confirm my details/requirements on their Priority Services register and will add that to Friday's admin list. @TA - I remember you registered with them so you may get the letter too. Tea tonight will be a garlic & herb chicken kyiv, just need to decide what to have with it.
@Coxy - Sorry to hear the jobs fair wasn't helpful, enjoy your pampering today.
@-taff - Busy as ever, I see! I'm another one that likes egg mayo sandwiches
Right, off to see what mundane task I can/should do otherwise I'll take root at this laptop.Have a good day all, take care. Hugs where needed or wanted. X
Be kind to others and to yourself too.11 -

Hi everyone,
I'm just popping on to say that the Harts of Stur website have a warehouse clearance on. If anyone wants any stocking fillers they have some really nice things for under a fiver and under a tenner. Not just kitchen stuff, they have socks, hats, gloves and other clothing. I'm just a customer, no link to them but I thought it might be useful for someone.8 -
Good evening everyone,
Not Much happening today as I had injections in my lumbar area this morning so I’m resting today. This is a hard task in itself as my OCD/ADHD head is saying that I need to be moving 🙄 I’ve done little tasks but I’m staying on the sofa.Trying to change my life and will:money:4 -
