    Good evening everyone,
Not Much happening today as I had injections in my lumbar area this morning so I’m resting today. This is a hard task in itself as my OCD/ADHD head is saying that I need to be moving 🙄 I’ve done little tasks but I’m staying on the sofa.

We have an online appt with our financial advisor this morning. The NHS don’t seem to have a record of my pension contributions despite having my NI number and employee number, so I need to fill in a form...
Did you download your TRS - total rewards statements - from ERS before you left? And I assume it's all on your P60s too? They can take a while but NHS Pensions do resolve things.
Not sure I did...it was just as we were moving house.... I will raise an enquiry but tbh the amount won't be all that much. Thank you x

    Hi everyone,

I'm just popping on to say that the Harts of Stur website have a warehouse clearance on. If anyone wants any stocking fillers they have some really nice things for under a fiver and under a tenner. Not just kitchen stuff, they have socks, hats, gloves and other clothing. I'm just a customer, no link to them but I thought it might be useful for someone.
    Thanks for this @snoozer x

@Coxy11 it was but at least I wasn’t in hospital for long and back home in my own surroundings.
I’ve not gone crazy doing things and sitting down to rest.
