The opinions that you give in this survey are going to help decide who wins the annual Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards, alongside our own analysis of the market.
Each question features companies that we consider to have the best products in that particular area, which is why they have been shortlisted in the annual Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards.
Now it is your turn to rate their customer service and decide who wins by scoring out of five those providers who you've had dealings with in the last 12 months.
