Really just a thread to mention that NCP Gatwick sent me a PCN last week for no payment back in September.
Fortunately I had proof of payment and the transaction I.D, which was sent promptly to their appeals department. Several days later I received a cancellation notice.
Am tempted to go back and make them explain themselves! Just a heads up in case this erroneously happens to anybody else.

What are you hoping to achieve by such action? At best you'll get a vague excuse like "administrative error" which'll tell you nothing. At worst, they'll simply ignore you.3

Happens all the time they are just operating a scam, well the whole drop off charge is a money making scam, NCP want you to fail it's how they make money, you caught them out, they move on to other low hanging fruit.It's unregulated, they don't care, why waste your time you will get nowhere.2
