Made to Measure curtain and refused refund / compensation for late delivery

This doesn't apply to goods that are made to the customers specifications, which would certainly include made to measure curtains - so they OP can't just return them for a refund either. Dunelm made to measure curtain sizes are not drop down boxes. You have to enter the measurements.Ergates said:
