Private PCN sent to old address, now with Debt Recovery - Help!

I was handed a letter by the owner of my previous address, it was a letter from PremierPark saying they have issued a Parking Charge for occupying 2 spaces.  Their photo shows I was not across 2 spaces but the car was located to give access to the boot.  The car parking spaces are short and the lines are not well maintained but do not have a line to denote the end of the space - a long vehicle like an estate does not "fit" inside the lines
I appealed the charge with as the letter was dated August, I was handed the letter in September stating that I have had insufficient notice of the charge.  Now in October I have received a reply letter simply stating I cannot appeal as the case is with a Debt Collection Agency (Debt Recovery Plus) and their contact details.  I have not been given a appeal number and not given references that can be used by the POPLA appeals process.  Further the reference given in my letter from Premier Park is not recognised by Debt Recovery Ltd so I cannot pay using their automatic system.
I do not want to pay as I imagine the original £90 has probably escalated to a ridiculous admin fee and I was not aware of the infringement or given sufficient opportunity to appeal, but I also do not want letters to go to my previous address and get a court summons, which I also wont receive as I no longer live at m previous address.
Nightmare situation which is beginning to cause real stress.  Does anyone have a similar experience and a positive outcome or recommended course of action please?
Apologise for the long ask, but wanted to give details and context.

There is never a summons for a civil dispute over private parking company charges,  they use the Money Claim service,  MCOL

see post 4 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad in regard to IGNORING the powerless debt collectors letters. No need for any stress regarding debt collectors letters 

There is no chance of appealing the charge once debt collectors are involved 

Email a Data Rectification Notice to the DPO at the parking company and inform them of the new correct address for the service of papers,  and they must erase the old address from their records 

Do not pay

please note this is a new thread as i have not been contacted by debt recovery plus and only have 1 letter from premier park, no other details or demands, the worry is this is going to an address i do not have access to. I was handed the letter when in the old street visiting old neighbour who is terminally ill!!

Just ensure that you inform all the parties involved of the correct address for the service of papers,  by email

@Gr1pr told you what to do to stop letters going to an incorrect address.  It is important you do this as you do not want a N1SDT court claim going astray - that way lies a default CCJ for not defending!

I wouldn't do that. You want to use proper channels so you see replies. This isn't scary. You aren't trying to hide your data. You need to see all comms quickly. If they email a burner email account in 2026 you'll never see it unless you set the new one up to copy across to your real account.

What's the point?
