I would not be happy with that. The case rests in limbo forever
Tell them (and copy in the CNBC this time) that if ever they apply to unstay this case they MUST NOT assume the postal address remains good for service. Any request to lift the stay must be referred to a CNBC judge and refused because the parking charge is cancelled, see proof which the CNBC must place on file (attach the landowner email):
