Smart Parking Ltd making inaccurate claims

I've just received a parking charge issued by Smart Parking Ltd, Birmingham and they have clearly made a mistake or sent the charge letter out on purpose. It claims I entered one of their car parks at 10:01am and didn't leave until 13:59. This is totally inaccurate.
I did enter the car park at 10:01 and purchased a coffee at my usual coffee shop. I left about 5 minutes later and drove to my office. I have evidence of work emails I sent at 10:47, 12:17 and 13:01. I'm also responsible for running a report every Wednesday and have evidence of running that at 11:49.
I returned to this car park at aprox. 13:15 to visit the gym on the same site. The gym records have me entering at 13:15 and leaving at 13:49. I purchased another coffee before leaving, hence me being recorded as leaving the car park at 13:59.
This company either has an issue with how their cameras record cars coming and going or they know what they're dong and its attempted fraud.
This is the 2nd time this company has attempted to do this to me. About 3 years ago at the same car park, my daughter sued the family car to go to the gym on the site. Later in the day I used the same car to go to the same gym and they sent me a charge, saying I had entered at the time my daughter did and stayed until the time I left. I knew they were wrong so ignored any subsequent correspondence. I've seen lots of horror stories about this company and given this is the 2nd time its happened to me, I can't help but think how many others they might have tried to catch in this way. Is it worth reporting to the police or just ignore like I did previously
