Ryan air Help

Ryan Air cancelled my flight due to bad weather and they collected all our boarding passes and told us that we will get our refunds paid into the card used to pay within 3-7 days.
However, it has been more than 10 days and they have yet paid me back. Wha should i do? Calling them up seems waste as there is no free line and the premiums are rather expensive.
I cant find any email address or addres for me to send them an enquiry.
Any advice ?

There is an on-line form here (can only be used if Ryanair have cancelled your flight):
http://frd.ie/refweb.asp
Note also, if they meant 10 'working' days then this will be more than 10 calendar days over the Xmas/NY period.0
