Phone Calls from DCB Legal

So...they are now calling me trying to settle the claim.
I asked for the name of the person calling. They gave it to me.
When I asked about their professional status, they reluctantly confirmed they were not a qualified person for the purposes of conducting litigation.
When I challenged them on this they said they needed to speak to their manager. I spent 5 mins on hold then the line dropped.
Is this something with reporting to the SRA?

Next time they call tell them to send any offers in writing. Yes I would, but in order to report a concern to the SRA I think you have to complain to the law firm first. So if you are up for it, send a complaint to DCB Legal saying that their unauthorised staff are calling you and {NAME} admitted they were not qualified to conduct litigation. The person who signed the claim form is also unqualified.
As such, this is a repeated breach of the LSA 2007
https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2007/29/contents
...and you will be making a complaint to the SRA, that DCB Legal are using unauthorised staff (non solicitors) to file and sign claim forms and Notices of Discontinuance, phoning to discuss settlements and those staff are conducting litigation in breach of the Act. Given the fact that MoJ statistics have confirmed that DCB Legal file over 110,000 boilerplate parking claims per annum (and given the signatures on the documents, who are not qualified staff) it is impossible to suggest that a solicitor is conducting the litigation in each and every parking case. As such, you give DCB Legal 14 days to explain themselves, and at the end of October you will be reporting them to the SRA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
