Hello, I am moving to Spain soon and I am looking for a saving account in the UK that I can hold when I live in Spain and can have joint names on the account. thanks

An offshore account, for example with Skipton, may be an option. You don’t get FSCS protection with these though

With their agreement, use a relative's address in the UK.0

Nationwide Instant Saver - pitiful rates but can be joint. Any other Nationwide account would convert to an Instant Saver once its term is up.
HSBC Bonus Saver - can't be joint but you could both have a joint current account and each have a Bonus Saver.0 -
