Easyjet cancellation

Hi, looking for a bit of advice please.
My daughter & 2 young children have gone on a 3 night break to Switzerland flying with Easyjet.
Their flight to come home tonight was cancelled after they arrived at the airport .
She was given 3 options to fly from other airports but had to take trains by herself in the dark with 2 kids to get to the airports.
They also offered her a flight in the morning.
So she's had to book into the nearest airport hotel at £230 for a room for 3.
Can she claim the £230 back please?

I recently had a flight change to the next day with easyJet and had to pay for an additional nights accommodation as they didn’t provide anything. I submitted this as expenses and it was paid back very quickly.See link here for details and terms;

Hmmm that whole website is designed to try and get you to sign up to their claims management service (which they charge more than 50% of your compensation for!) Not really upfront and the fees are very well hidden.savingsavvysurfer said:
