63, been semi retired since 58 and can get to SP in just over 3 years (wife of 43 years is 71)
I have 1 x DB, plus 2 DC Wife has 2 x DB and SP
We have 3 years spending in cash ISAs
I am drawing 5% from both DC and the money then goes back in to my S&S ISAs so tax paid (yes i understand this can work against me over time but who knows and I prefer it)
All DC & S&S ISAs are invested in Global funds, no individual shares at all ( thank you Rebel Finance school)
There are no plans to change any of this in the future, invest until you expire, not retire.Totally Debt Free & Mortgage Free Semi retired and happy2 -
