• The prize comprises 2 Club Enclosure tickets (with reserved seats in the main grandstand) to the Cheltenham November Meeting on Saturday 15 November 2025. The winner and 1 guest (both aged 18 years or over) will also experience an incredible return journey on the ATR Express steam train on the raceday between Toddington Station and Cheltenham Racecourse, with an overnight stay for two at The Manor House Hotel in Moreton-In-Marsh (inclusive of breakfast) on Saturday 15 November 2025. The winner and guest must arrange their own transport to and from Toddington Station. The prize does not include travel/transportation, car parking, meals, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities or any other costs or expenses (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions.
• There is no cash alternative to the prize and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-endorsable. All components of the prize must be taken together.
• The winner will be notified by email by Tuesday 28 October 2025. It is each entrant’s sole responsibility to ensure that their contact details are up to date. The winner will be required to verify their age, identity, residence and other requested verification information to the satisfaction of the Promoter before they are eligible to receive the prize.
