D. THE PRIZES

LeShuttle Ticket 

i. The LeShuttle Flexiplus ticket is for a car and up to 5 passengers. All travelling dates and times are subject to availability and must be booked in advance of travel. Ticket must be booked within one year from issue. For full ticket terms and conditions visit  www.leshuttle.com/uk-en/legal-information/terms-conditions 

ii. The LeShuttle Flexiplus ticket does not include travel insurance, fuel, toll charges, food and drink, spending money, tax, pet travel costs or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above, and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner.

iii. The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they (and any people travelling with them) are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents. Provide Advance Passenger Information (API) and has appropriate travel insurance and car insurance (including motor breakdown cover) for the trip in question on the travel dates specified.

iv. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

 

Renault Road Trip 

1. The Prize is supplied by Renault UK Limited (“Renault”), and it consists of the following (altogether “the Prize”):

2. The Winner will  win the temporary use of one (1) Renault UK 4  E-Tech 100% electric – Iconic version (“Vehicle”) for 3 consecutive weeks (“Prize Period”). Home delivery and Home collection shall be arranged and paid for by Renault UK. The Prize Period will begin on the date the Vehicle is delivered to the Winner’s address. 

3. The Winner will not own the Vehicle. The Vehicle remains the property of Renault UK. The Prize does not include any right to purchase the Vehicle at the end of the Prize Period. The Prize does not include the provision of or installation of any ‘at home’ vehicle charge point. The Winner will be required to enter a Vehicle Loan Agreement with Renault UK and will be subject to Renault UK’s Insurance terms and conditions of hire which can be found at: https://portal.fleetclaims.co.uk/Renault/Licence/Submit

4. Insurance and road tax are included. For additional drivers to be insured, this will cost £10 per driver payable by the Winner. Additional drivers are not permitted to drive the Vehicle under their own or the Winner’s personal, business or any third party insurance policy.

5. For the avoidance of doubt, the Winner shall be liable for any costs that are not included in the terms of the Contract or covered by the Vehicle’s insurance, including without limitation: Fines or penalties for speeding, parking or congestion charges; and/or

6. The Vehicle is subject to stock availability and the Promoter reserves the right to change the vehicle type at its sole discretion. 

7. Should the Vehicle be changed, it will be to a make, which has a similar value to  Renault 4  but it may not be an electric vehicle. 

8. The Winner will win for them and one (1) guest

(a) Return LeShuttle Flexiplus ticket for travel departing from Folkestone between 01 March 2026 and 24 July 2026. Return travel to Folkestone from Coquelles must be complete by 23:59 on Friday 31 July 2026.  

(b) R4 car rental which includes

 

1. Use of the car two weeks prior to the Winner taking their trip 
2. Use of the car during the Winner’s trip
3. Charge Pass to the value of £500 
4. Breakdown cover 
5. Insurance 
6. Road tax 
7. Delivery and collection to the Winner’s home 

(c) Emovis- tag – this will allow the Winner to travel throughout France without incurring toll fees. 

(d) The opportunity to partake in the following itinerary:

a. Hotel: Novotel 

b. Lunch: L'Assiette Champenoise or L'Arbane 

c. Activities: None listed 

d. Dinner: At the hotel

Day 2: Reims 

e. Hotel: Novotel 

f. Lunch: Gabrielle 

g. Activities: Exploring Reims Cathedral 

h. Dinner: At the hotel

Day 3: Reims 

i. Hotel: Novotel 

j. Lunch: Vineyard tour 

k. Activities: All-day vineyard tour 

l. Dinner: L'Alambio

Day 4: Reims 

m. Hotel: Novotel or BW 

n. Lunch: La Farm 

o. Activities: Park de la Montagne, Lighthouse of Verzenay, Honey Farm Tour 

p. Dinner: At the hotel

Day 5: Epernay / Hautvillers 

q. Hotel: Les Grains D'Argent

Day 6: Lille

9. Any other costs incurred that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

 

10. The Prize cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged for a cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of it) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.

 

11. The trip must be taken by Monday 29th July 2026 and Winner must leave the car at the same address it was delivered to, before the trip was taken. 

 

Use of the Vehicle is subject to the winner signing terms of use of the Vehicle.
