Hi
I am a tenant living in a house which could do with some energy improvements. However our household income is above £35,000 a year and we are not on any benefits or have any children. So is there a scheme which can help up with a grant for say loft insulation, solid wall insulation or new boiler?

From what you have said so far, it isn't clear why you would expect there to be any grants available, as this sounds like something you should be talking to your landlord about.Do you know the EPC of your property? It should be at least an E now with the aim to reach a C in the near future if the Government plans are fully implemented.Ultimately as renters with a reasonable income, no children, you can also consider looking for a better property if your landlord is unwilling to make improvements.1
