No data on previously working Octopus Mini

Sometime this morning my Octopus Mini stopped connecting to my iphone. The light on the mini is white, the message on the app is "Nothing here yet", as though the mini has just been set up.

Has anybody else had this and how did you cure it?  I'm reluctant to try and reboot, as when we moved broadband and I had to re-connect the mini it was a bit of a nightmare and I can't remember how I got it to re-connect again.

    Mine stopped sending one day a week or so ago 
    Unplugged it, counted to ten and plugged it back in. It began working again after a few minutes.
