Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

●    Prize Draw in relation to the This Morning, Good Morning Britain, Lorraine and Loose Women programmes (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post, via the Programme app (the “App”) and online via i) via the QR code showing during the on screen promotion (to be redirected to www.itv.com/win) in relation to Good Morning Britain only (“QR Code”)  or (ii) the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 10 October 2025.
●    Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and online at 3.00 p.m. on Friday 17 October 2025. 
●    Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 2.00 p.m. on Thursday 23 October 2025.

 

Winner selection & contact:

 

●    The draw will take place within one week of the closing date and time for all entries. 
●    Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.
●    The Programme’s producers may call the winner once or multiple times live on-air on Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning and/or Loose Women, at their own discretion, within one (1) week of the closing date and time of the Prize Draw however, please note that any public announcement made regarding the winner is pending verification unless otherwise stated and should not be considered final confirmation.
●    By entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you consent to the Programme’s production team phoning you live on-air on the Programme and for your name, general location, and details of the prize that you have won to be announced in the Programme, on the Website, on social media platforms and/or elsewhere at the Promoter’s and/or Programme producers’ discretion. This is in addition to the Promoter’s rights under clause 9.5 of the ITV’s General Terms. This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs £2.00 plus your network access charge.

 

●    SMS text – send an SMS text with the keyword PRIZE, WINNER or APP to 86060; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each chargeable SMS text entry costs £2.00 plus one standard network rate message.  Please note that SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged (where applicable). A single entry costs £2.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time, and other offers and discounts (e.g discount credits) may be applied or available, as stated on the Website. By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry (provided you have not reached the cap of six (6) paid entries for that week’s Winsday draw).

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”).

Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contact section above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

Prize:

 

There is one prize consisting of a trip to New York for four (4) people (the “Trip”) and tickets to Stranger Things: The First Shadow on Broadway for four (4) people (the “Tickets”) and ninety thousand pounds (£90,000) cash (the “Cash”).

 

The Trip includes a five (5) night stay for four (4) people in two (2) deluxe rooms in a 5* Central Manhattan hotel in New York City, premium economy direct flights for four (4) adults from London Heathrow to JFK airport, private airport transfers by executive car transfer from JFK airport to the hotel, and two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) of spending money, which shall be provided by Prize provider of the Trip by way of a prepaid card.

 

The Tickets include four (4) premium tickets to Stranger Things: The First Shadow on Broadway, a merchandise bundle and interval drinks. The minimum recommended age for the Tickets is 12+.

 

The Trip is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available. The winner must book and take up the Trip and the Tickets within twelve (12) months of being contacted by the Prize provider. Travel and accommodation are subject to availability and blackout dates. The blackout dates for the Trip and the Tickets are 27 - 30 November 2025 and 22 December 2025 – 1 January 2026.

 

The Prize Provider shall contact the winner to arrange the Trip and the Tickets.

 

The exact airline, hotel, flight times, and seating allocations will be determined by the Prize Provider or its agents and are subject to change. Any additional costs not expressly included in the Trip and Tickets element of the prize listed above shall be incurred at the winner’s and/or their guests’ expense, including but not limited to: travel insurance, transfers, meals, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, local and long distance telephone calls, tips, gratuities, service charges or taxes and all other charges and items not otherwise described in the above. For the avoidance of doubt, UK airport transfers are not included within the Prize.

 

The winner and their guests are responsible for their own passport, visa requirements and any other documentation or any other requirements (including but not limited to Covid-19 testing) that may be imposed by the authorities from time to time. It is the winner and their guests’ responsibility to comply with the applicable laws and follow the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office’s travel advice in respect of Covid-19 which can be found at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/travel-advice-novel-coronavirus. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

 

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.

 

The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the USA, including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. With effect from 1 April 2016, travellers to the USA under the Visa Waiver Program must hold a passport with an integrated chip.] Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party.

 

It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in the USA, including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is 21 years or over.

 

The prize winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) increasing the amount of a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).

 

The Cash shall be payable via BACS in the name of the winner only.
