    Everything Capita are involved in is an absolute disaster.  My son’s school previously used SIMS  Parent software to provide us with various information.  This is a Capita offering I believe, or they are involved somehow. But it was utterly useless and rarely worked.  The school has binned it off now and are using a much better solution.
