Spam.
Odd capitalisation and bold, unless those are your edits.
Did you check the sending email address for obvious signs?
Was it addressed to you personally?0 -

Please keep this in mind, anything important comes by post, never in an email.
This is a new version of an old favourite, nothing contained within the email is legitimate, they may as well have started by saying "Hello" my name is Mr Scammer.
Ignore, delete, its an obvious scam, but for the avoidance of doubt, lets break it down.
A liability order can only be obtained by a local authority to enforce the collection of unpaid council tax or other debt owed to them, a bailiff cannot obtain one in their name alone.
Which kind of makes the rest of the rubbish they wrote null and void, as the enforcement actions stated usually requires the creditor to first obtain a CCJ and not a liability order.
You would expect a legitimate enforcement notice to be legally correct and the writer to know which order and/or judgement they were acting on.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
