No they have requested me to accept the £116.00 left as a debt on the meter even after stating the full £249.57 had been added so I have replied no am not accepting but from previous correspondence they close the complaint as no response that’s why I am unsure what to do because technically this complaint dates back to 2023 when they first made me aware of the debt it’s just been on going0

Just to update the ombudsman took on my case and have advised EDF to pay back the full £249.57 also to pay £150.00 compensation and a full apology once this is settled I will be moving away from them hopefully this will be the end of a 7 year dispute2
