Compensation for sprayfoam

Does any one know of anyone who has received compensation to have their closed cell sprayfoam removed from their loft?
I have had a load of companies calling me who claim to be able to claim back money from both the installation and the removal of the foam. (The company who installed it are no longer in business). But no one is willing to put me in touch with someone who has had a successful claim. I've been told that you can claim it back from the banks. Also, they say I can claim for my solar panels even though they were put in 13 years ago.

Cold callers are all scammers. Ignore them, block them, ask them if their mothers know what they do for a living.Hoglets22 said:Also, they say I can claim for my solar panels even though they were put in 13 years ago.N. I also would not be surprised if some of the cold callers once worked for the now defunct company that applied the spray foam !5

I would treat any calls claiming to be able to get you compensation as a scam. The companies may appear to be genuine companies but their practices may be dubious. One of the issues might be that the people calling have high charges or take a high % of any compensation “awarded”. The amount charged may cancel out any “compensation”.
