Whether or not your conditions were never in doubt that doesn’t mean you scored enough of points for an award even if HRT was never in doubt.Margret1994 said:So my conditions were never in doubt and never the problem so I dont have to give evidence for them at the tribunal or so I think, I appreciate that is against all tribunal advice on google which is why I mentioned it here too , but a senior decision maker at PIP said the only issue was the residency so I hope I am making the right presumption here
So again DWP has given me residency can PIP also deny me the same type of benefit related residency at the same time?

How many points did you score for daily living?
How many points did you score for mobility?1 -
So have they been out of the UK for a extended period, hence the need for HRT. But your friend (confusing as title mentions this, but answers are in the 1st person) previously had PIP prior to moving out of UK & is now claiming PIP again?Margret1994 said:So my conditions were never in doubt and never the problem so I dont have to give evidence for them at the tribunal or so I think, I appreciate that is against all tribunal advice on google which is why I mentioned it here too , but a senior decision maker at PIP said the only issue was the residency so I hope I am making the right presumption here

The mention of friends is a salutation: 'Hi friends, my PIP claim has gone to tribunal'born_again said:

Im not sure it was a long time ago but it was enough for a moderate amount of PIP, which stopped not because of a lack of points but because of a residency issuepoppy12345 said:

You had PIP before. When was the end date of that award (roughly, even just a year would be helpful)?
Presumably left the country - when? (Just for some temporal context.)
Came back to the country,
a) when, and
b) what happened with PIP, did you apply again or did you notify DWP expecting it to be reinstated, or something else?1 -
If Im correct the OP is resting on they had PIP so therefore once they have proven the HRT their PIP will be reinstated. However this, as I believe is not the case. And the OP will havbe to reapply for it.
