Paid for itvx Primer account does not show up

Hello I opened a itvx account and upgrated to itvx Primer paid for the year, nothing is showing in my account that I upgraded. no email came through but the money has gone out of my bank account. As far as I aam aware this is the first time I have signed up I was signed into my account when I made the payment.I have gone to my bank and they are looking into it.ITVX kept saying you may have another account and you was in that one when you paid.I sent them my 3 email accounts to check. Not sure what has happened or have I clicked on a scam account. this is driving me nuts anyonw help? Please Wendy

How did you upgrade to iTVx Premium? In other words what link did you click on  and where did you get the link to subscribe.

Hello yes I still get adverts I clicked on itvx link on the website, what I find odd now is that if I go into the subscribe link and click on the one to pay monthy the last 4 numbers of my card come up, if I have never brought anything on there then surly my card details should not be on it? Got in touch with the bank and they have refunded my money temporey if not heard any back in 90 days the case will be closed.

Why do you find it odd they show your card details, when you must have given them when you subscribed 🤷‍♀️

You have signed into a continuous payment authority, so they can take the payment each month.
