Not sure I'd trust that thing in my house! Ugreen are a well respected brand, will this do you?

Take it you are referring to Anker product.

They are a well respected brand. Have many of their products in our house, including a product the same as listed only USB-A. Not burnt house down yet despite at least 8 years use daily.
Anker have needed to issue recalls for some of their devices, which although certainly the right and responsible action, can taint their reputation in the minds of some.

I've got no problem with them though. I have several of their devices.

I think nearly every brand that sells electronics has. I had one of the Anker powerbanks, they replaced it with a newer, larger capacity model free of charge. Over the years I have also had recalls for cars and consumer electronics. I tend to take thee things with a pinch of salt.

Thanks for all the suggestions I will look at them all. It has to be low profile so the normal plug in adaptors will not do. It is to charge phones, watches, ipad, kindle for us whilst in our small cramped caravan.
Some adaptors I found are only for data not charging.
Some of those listed above seem very expensive!
One of the problems you'll have is that a cheaper device will be lower overall power.

Six devices charging at a slow charge of 15w is 90w overall. If you want to charge some devices faster such as phone (25w+) or iPad (35w) you'll need to go for  150w

(If you  don't then the charger will reduce charge for some devices down to 5w to keep within the limit so 5 to 8 hours to fully charge a phone )

Personally, I would choose a UGreen or Anker device.

No, I was referring to the one @flaneurs_lobster linked to.

Rodders53 yes there is a socket but it is at floor level which is why I don't want to use our usual plug in chargers which stick out.  The cheap one I showed says it has good output, 2X65w and 4x20w, but that really isn't important as we will plug in things to charge overnight.

Only one 13A socket in a caravan is rather unusual.  Most of us would plug a  13A extension lead in to provide multiple mains outlets to a more convenient location for use with existing wall-wart chargers.

Is there no 12V DC cigar-lighter style socket anywhere?  (Or is this a static caravan rather than a tourer with 12V leisure battery and mains charger-psu for it?)

Ensure the smoke alarm is fully operational and tested every trip if charging stuff overnight!

It is a very small touring caravan and there is a 12v socket but it also is right down by the floor. Plus there is another 13a socket by the kitchen so would not want to use that one.
