TASTE TEST RESTAURANT COMPETITION - ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The 25 for 8 Special Offer applies to £2 text entries to this competition where you could get 25 entries for the price of 8. 

The 30 for 3 Special Offer applies to £5 text entries to this competition where you could get 10 entries for £5, capped at 3.

1) The prize comprises a two (2) night stay in London for two (2) people including;

a) Two (2) nights at The Milestone Hotel and Residences sharing a Deluxe King Room

b) Daily Full English Breakfast

c) Five Course Tasting Menu on one evening with sommelier suggested wines at  Cheneston’s Restaurant

d) A welcome cocktail for each guest at The Stables Bar

e) £1,000 spending money

2) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, the winning individual must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the accommodation for security deposit purposes

3) The prize must be taken within 12 months of the winner being announced but cannot be taken on or between the following dates: 31st August 2026, 15th December 2026 to 5th January 2027,  12th February 2027 to 21st February 2027, 26th March 2027 to 11th April 2027, 4th May 2027, 25th May 2027, 29th May 2027 to 6th June 2027 and 28th June to 11th July 2027.

 4) The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions.

5) Booking is subject to availability. 

6) A BACS transfer for the spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed

7) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.

8) Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the accommodation or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

9) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. Accessibility links can be found below:

10) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

11) If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to a pandemic or global emergency and resulting Government restrictions, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.

12) Any additional charges or expenses due to a pandemic or global emergency which could include but are not limited to  quarantine hotels, medical passports (should they become a requirement), medical tests etc. will be the responsibility of the prize winner. 

13) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
