    Sky/Netflix on Heart & Smooth, October 2025 – Specific Rules 
      
    1.    The ‘Sky/Netflix’ promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Thursday October 9th 2025 to Sunday October 26th 2025 on both the Heart Network and Smooth Network. Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules is Sky and Netflix and the ‘Prize Provider’ is Sky and Netflix and Global. 

    2.    IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Promotion Terms and Conditions’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions. 
     
    Details of the Promotion: 
      
    3.  To enter the Promotion, you must go online to the Promotion entry pages which can be accessed at either www.heart.co.uk/win/ , www.smoothradio.com/win or via the Global Player app by clicking on the Win with Heart or Win With Smooth tile, register your details and submit an answer to the multiple choice question provided.  

    4.  Online entry will open at 17:00 on Thursday October 9th 2025 and close at 23:59 on Sunday October 26th 2025. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion. 

    5. Bulk, automated, machine assisted, third party, syndicate or other group entries are prohibited and we will disqualify any entries (and withhold or reclaim any associated prize from you) which, in our reasonable opinion, appear to have used any of these entry methods or, for example (without limitation), entries or votes that have been made from the same IP address, email address, postal address, telephone number, or similar or entries which we, at our sole discretion but acting reasonably, consider to be suspicious or fraudulent. 

    6. If we know or suspect you are trying to enter or have entered this Promotion by using more than one phone number or if we know or suspect you are using variations of your name, we reserve the right to disqualify any relevant entry(ies) and exclude you from this Promotion and also permanently exclude you from entering any of our Promotions. 

    7.    Within 28 days of the closing time of the Promotion, all eligible, correct entries from both the Heart Network and Smooth Network will be entered into one draw. One entry will be selected at random, and the winning entrant will be contacted by one of our representatives via email OR telephone on the telephone number on which you entered. If such winner does not respond within 28 days from being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize, and we shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw. That subsequent winner must respond to the notification email within 28 days of the date on which they are notified, or they will also forfeit the prize.  

    8.    We, Sky and Netflix may publish and publicise your name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture, your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, town or county) and your entry], and we may refer to your association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion; subject always to our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws. 

    9.    In relation to winners (and runners up if applicable), you understand that we and Sky and Netflix may: (i) interview you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) which we may film, photograph and/or record and; (ii) film, photograph and/or record, you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and we may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable in connection with the Promotion, unless you object to your and/or your guest’s information being published or made available. We may also publish your and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture 

    10.    This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Apple.  
      
    Eligibility: 
      
    11.      The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, and who are based in the UK at the time of entry.

    12.     Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Promotion.  

    13.    Only one name and telephone number may be used by you in relation to this Promotion. The use of multiple names, telephone numbers and/or devices is a breach of our Promotion Terms and Conditions and we reserve the right to disqualify your entry(ies) and you will forfeit your prize should we know or have reason to believe that you attempted to use or did use more than one name, phone number and/or device to enter this Promotion. It is also prohibited for anyone else to enter the Promotion using the same phone number including household members or friends.  

    14.     Before transferring any winnings to you we reserve the right to request Photo ID (such as your passport or driving licence) and confirmation that the telephone number you entered on belongs to you and proof of your home address (such as a phone bill with  your name, address and telephone number on). You agree and  understand that should you win a cash prize you may be required to provide these to verify your eligibility. If you fail to provide the requested information and we are unable to verify your eligibility, we reserve the right to withhold any prize from you.

    15. One winning entrant will receive: 

    A) £1,000 cash

    C) 1 x Sky Glass Air TV with a Sky Essential TV subscription for 12 months as outlined here:  

    i). 1 x Sky Glass Air TV. Prize winner has a choice of 3 x Sky Glass colour finishes, subject to availability. And a choice of 3 x Sky Glass size models, subject to availability. 

    ii).1 x 12-month Sky Essential TV subscription (consisting of Sky Entertainment and Netflix standard with ads). Any add-ons must be purchased as extra (e.g. Sky Sports & Sky Cinema, Ultra HD etc)  

    16.     The following terms shall apply to the 1 x Sky Glass Air TV with a Sky Essential TV subscription for 12 months Prize (the “Prize Conditions”): 
      
    A.    All services on Sky Glass Air are streamed via broadband, a minimum speed of 35Mbps is required to use the Prize in full. 

    B.    Only one Sky TV subscription can be provided at an address. If the winner is an existing Sky TV customer and has Sky Q or Sky+, they will need to take a TV subscription for Sky Glass. We will bill the winner for their existing Sky TV subscription until the Sky Glass TV subscription is activated.

    C.    Sky Q customer will need to send back their Sky Q boxes within 60 days of receiving Sky Glass otherwise they may be charged a non-returns charge. Third party subscriptions not paid for via Sky but viewed on Sky Q or Sky + will not be viewable on Sky Glass. Recordings on Sky Q or Sky+ will not automatically transfer. If winners have Disney+ or Spotify via Sky, these will not automatically transfer to Sky Glass and winners will need to sign up directly to each via Apps Marketplace on Sky Glass. 

    D.    For 12 months, the winner will get their Sky TV subscriptions via their Sky Glass TV for no charge. Sky Essential TV via Sky Glass is provided on a monthly rolling contract and can be cancelled at any time on 31 days’ notice. Ending your Sky Essential TV subscription will end your offer period. After your 12 months offer period, all Sky TV subscriptions will become chargeable at their then standard price, unless you change or cancel your package, giving Sky at least 31 days’ notice. Standard subscription prices may change. Please refer to www.sky.com for current pricing. 

    E.    Prices, programmes/channels are subject to change. 

    F.    If you do not activate Sky Glass within 14 days of receiving Sky Glass, we will automatically activate it for you and your Sky TV subscriptions will start from activation. 

    G.    Winners must redeem the prize within a year. Winners who are in a current pay-TV contract with either Sky or another provider may defer their Prize for a maximum of 12 months from the date of winning. If a winner does not redeem his/her Prize within 12 months from the date of winning, this could result in loss of the Prize.  

    H.    If the winner has a previous uncleared debt with Sky the winner will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared. 

    I.    There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

    J. Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise  conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful. 

    K. Prize winner will own the Sky Glass TV. Separate Terms and Conditions apply to Sky Glass and Sky TV subscriptions. 

    L. The winner will need to set up a Sky Glass account either online at sky.com or via the MySky app in order to manage their account. Email address required for account login and for Sky to keep in touch about the service. 

    M. Sky Glass delivery currently average a 28-day waiting period 

    N. Prize winner has a choice of 3 x Sky Glass colour finishes (carbon grey, cotton white, sea green) and 3 Sky Glass sizes: 43”, 55” and 65”. Prize winner will need to confirm colour and size preferences upon acceptance of the prize. Colour and size of stock is subject to availability and may result in a longer waiting period. 

    O. Ultra HD and Dolby Atmos pack required to watch Sky content in UHD/HDR and Dolby Atmos. Not all content available in UHD and/or HDR. Content must be optimised to watch in Dolby Atmos. 

    P. Netflix standard with ads is included as part of the Sky Ultimate TV subscription and allows viewing in one screen in SD. Netflix terms of use apply. 

    Q. 43” Sky Glass has an energy efficiency rating of G on a scale of A-G. 55” Sky Glass has an energy efficiency rating of E on a scale of A-G. 65” Sky Glass has an energy efficiency rating of E on a scale of A-G. 
      
    17. The Prize does not include: 
      
    A.    A broadband subscription. All content via Sky Glass is streamed so you must have broadband of at least 35Mpbs to use all the elements of this Prize. 

    B.    Sky Box Office, Sky Store purchases/rentals, Stand-alone Premium Channels, or pay-per-view services and events all of which if offered via Sky Glass will be chargeable at the current standard price. 

    C.    The prize does not include any other service or item not specifically described above in Clause 15. 

    18.  We will endeavour to transfer the prize money to your bank account within 28 days but are not responsible for any delays. You must provide all necessary details via the method directed within 14 days after the original request to do so otherwise the prize will be forfeited at our discretion.  

    19.     You understand that should you win a prize package that is made up of various elements you are required to redeem all aspects of the prize in order to keep the prize. For example, you will not be able to accept the spending money only. If you are unable to accept the prize awarded in full, we reserve the right to withdraw the entire prize package and select another entrant to play or win as applicable.  

    20.    Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. By way of example, without limitation, a broadband subscription is not included within the prize. 

    21.   The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable  

    22.   We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

    Data Protection: 

    24. Your personal data that you provide to us will be collected and processed by us, our licensees (including Communicorp UK Limited) and Sky and Netflix as well as the prize providers, and if applicable, our service providers, network operators and suppliers in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion. Your personal data may also be disclosed to Ofcom and/or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example, in order to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour and comply with law enforcement agencies and applicable advertising codes. 

    25. By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed 
    as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject to both and Sky and Netflix Privacy Policies.  Please ensure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and Sky and Netflix’s Privacy Policies before entering any Promotion. If you are required to submit a guest(s)/travel companion(s) personal data to enter a Promotion, you must ensure that your guest(s)/travel companion(s) have given you consent to provide us and Sky and Netflix with their personal data. 

    26. You may be asked if you want to opt-in to marketing from us and/or Sky and Netflix when you enter a Promotion. If you choose to opt-in, 
    we and/or Sky and Netflix will use your personal data for marketing purposes (see Global's  Privacy Policy and/or Sky and Netflix for more 
    details). You can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time by unsubscribing.  

    27. We, Sky and Netflix and the prize providers may transfer and process personal data outside of the EEA and UK for the purposes of 
    administering the Promotion. Where any transfers are made outside of the EEA or UK, we and Sky and Netflix will ensure appropriate 
     safeguards to protect your personal data are in place.  

    28. When you enter a Promotion we will retain your personal data for up to three years for internal purposes and to comply with our regulatory 
    obligations. You may request the erasure of your personal data by emailing privacy@global.com. If your data is erased prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
